Dividend Policy & Payment
The company has established a dividend policy to pay no less than 40% of the net profit from the separate financial statements each year, after deducting various reserves. Dividend payments will be in accordance with the company's Articles of Association and the law, unless there are other necessary circumstances, and provided that the dividend payments do not significantly impact the company's normal operations.
However, the dividend payment may be subject to change, depending on the company’s performance, financial position, liquidity, investment plans, as well as other relevant factors in the management, necessity, and appropriateness in the future. The dividend payment is within the authority of the Board of Directors to consider. The Board of Directors' resolution on the approval of dividend payment must be presented to the shareholders' meeting for consideration, unless it is an interim dividend, which the Board of Directors has the authority to approve. Any interim dividend payment must be reported to the shareholders in the next meeting.
